Use your right of withdrawal

 

Here you can let me know if you want to use your right of withdrawal for a purchase you made at Energihjulet.

 

When you shop remotely, as a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises Act (2005:59).

 

The right of withdrawal may be affected by which service you have purchased and whether the service has already been booked, started or customized specifically for you.

 

If you have booked a specific appointment and want to cancel or reschedule, you should instead use the cancellation option in your booking confirmation or via the booking system on the website. The cancellation terms that you accepted when booking will apply.

 

Please fill out the form below to notify us that you wish to cancel a purchase. Once you have submitted it, you will receive an automatic confirmation to your email that your message has been received. The confirmation does not mean that the request has been approved. I will review your purchase based on the terms and conditions that you accepted when purchasing and will get back to you with information about the next steps.
