1. You book a day and time for your session and pay directly upon booking. 2. At the appointed time, lie down comfortably, preferably about 10 minutes before the session starts. Drink a glass of water before going to bed. 3. Do not have your arms or legs crossed – energy needs to be able to flow freely through the body. 4. Imagine that you are receiving healing from me, Sara. Try to calm your thoughts and just trust the process – everything will be exactly as it should be. 5. I always energetically protect the client, so no negative energies come through. 6. The healing takes place entirely remotely, without video or other link. 7. After the session, you will receive feedback via email with what I felt, which crystals I may have used, and how the healing went.

• 30 min – For those who already receive healing regularly and want a quick refresher. Perfect as part of an ongoing healing routine. • 45 min – Suitable for those who receive healing from time to time. Provides more time to work with energy blockages and balance the energy flow. • 60 min – For those who have not received healing in a long time or want a deeper treatment. Recommended for high stress, emotional challenges or physical tension.

• If you have a stressful lifestyle or are going through a major change, weekly sessions may be beneficial. • To maintain your energy balance, one session per month may be sufficient. • If you are experiencing blockages such as fatigue, emotional imbalance or pain, you may need more frequent healing until you feel more balanced.

• Cancellation: You can cancel your appointment no later than 24 hours before the start of the session via your login on the website.
