Please read these terms and conditions before booking a service. By making a booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions below.

The terms "Energy Wheel", "us", "our", "we", "I" or equivalent refer to the service provider. The term "you", "your", "customer", "client" or equivalent refers to you who book and use our services.

 

These booking and use terms and conditions specify how our services work and what rights and obligations you as a customer have. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary, and it is your responsibility to keep yourself informed of any changes.

 

By booking a service through our website and making payment, you agree to these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any part of these terms and conditions, you should not book our services.

1. Services & Pricing Information


(a) Service Descriptions: Energihjulet offers healing and medial guidance remotely. The following services are available:

 

  • Healing services: Crystal Healing, Reiki Healing, Intuitive Healing, Angel Healing, Animal Healing and Group Healing.

  • Guidance: Media guidance in text form.

  • Customized packages: Individually tailored arrangements where different methods are combined based on the client's needs.

 

Each service is presented with a basic description on the website and can be booked directly via the booking system.

 

(b) Remote Services: All services are performed remotely and do not require physical presence. Healing and guidance can be received regardless of your location and is tailored to your needs.

 

(c) Pricing: Prices for all services are clearly stated on the respective service page and at the time of booking. All prices are stated in Swedish crownes (SEK) and include VAT. There are no hidden fees from Energihjulet. However, any fees from third-party payment providers such as Klarna may apply to partial payments.


(d) Price changes: Energihjulet reserves the right to adjust the prices for its services. Any price changes will be announced in advance via the website and will not affect purchases already made.

 

(e) Offers and discounts: Any promotions, offers or discounts are specified on the website and are only valid for the specified period. Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated and must be indicated at the time of booking.

2. Use of the Service & Customer Account

 

(a) Who can use the service?
Energihjulet's services are available to people who are 18 years of age or older. For people under 18 years of age, written consent from a guardian is required. By booking a service, you certify that you have the legal right to enter into this agreement. If you book a service for someone else, you are responsible for that person's consent.

 

(b) Creation of a customer account: When you book a service, a customer account is automatically created in the booking system.

  • The account is used to manage your bookings, view booking history and update contact information.

  • You can log in to your account to reschedule or cancel your appointment according to applicable terms and conditions.

  • The customer is responsible for keeping their login details secure and not sharing them with third parties.

 

(c) Right to deny access: Energihjulet reserves the right to deny or suspend access to the services if there is suspicion of abuse, violation of these terms or other inappropriate behavior, such as harassment or disrespectful behavior towards the service provider.

3. Booking conditions

 

(a) Booking of services: All bookings are made via Energihjulet's online booking system on the website.
The booking is binding and is made by selecting the desired service and time in the booking system.

(b) Payment at time of booking: Payment is made at the time of booking and is required to confirm the booking.
Available payment methods are specified at the time of booking.

(c) Booking confirmation and reminder: After the booking is completed, a booking confirmation will be sent via email with information about the booked time and service.
A reminder will be automatically sent via email the day before the booked appointment.

(d) Customer's responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing correct contact details when booking.
If the confirmation email has not been received, the customer should check their spam or contact Energihjulet.

 

(e) Customer account and management of bookings: When booking, a customer account is automatically created in the booking system where the customer can:

  • See their booked times.

  • Reschedule or cancel your appointment according to the applicable cancellation terms.

  • Manage their contact information and settings.

  • Get an overview of previous bookings.

 

The customer is responsible for saving their login details and managing their booking through their account. Lost login details can be restored through the booking system.

4. Payment terms

 

(a) Payment at time of booking: All services are paid in advance at the time of booking.

  • The booking is only valid once payment has been made and confirmed.

  • If payment is not made at the time of booking, the service cannot be guaranteed.

 

(b) Available payment methods: Energihjulet offers payments via Stripe. All payments are processed securely (via Stripe). Prices are listed in SEK (Swedish crowns). Your bank will automatically convert the amount to your local currency. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and most international credit cards. For international transactions, payment by card through Stripe is the only available option.

  • When paying through Klarna, their own fees and terms may apply. (This payment option is not available at the moment.)

  • The customer is responsible for checking which terms and conditions apply when choosing a payment method.

 

(c) Partial payment and invoicing:

  • If partial payment via Klarna is offered, the terms and conditions are specified in connection with the payment.

  • Invoice payment is not offered unless otherwise stated in special cases.

 

(d) No refund in case of no-show: If the customer does not show up at their booked time and has not cancelled according to the applicable cancellation policy, no refund will be made.

 

(e) Prices and VAT:

  • All prices are stated in Swedish crownes (SEK) and include VAT.

  • Any fees from the payment provider may apply and will be stated at the time of payment.

 

(f) Payment security:

  • All payments are handled via secure and encrypted payment solutions.

  • Energihjulet does not store any payment information – this is handled by the respective payment service provider.

5. Cancellation & Rebooking

 

(a) Cancellation: Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time for the client to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session will not be refunded.

  • Cancellations are made via the booking system on the website or by contacting [her email].

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation has been registered correctly.

 

(b) Rebooking: Rebooking is free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. Rebooking is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Rebooking is done via the booking system on the website or by contacting [her email].

  • If the customer wishes to reschedule their appointment but no new appointment is available, the cancellation terms apply.

 

(c) No-show: If the customer does not attend their booked session without canceling in time, there will be no refund or possibility of rebooking.

 

(d) Illness or unforeseen events: If the customer becomes ill or for any other reason is unable to keep their booked appointment, regular cancellation terms apply.

  • In special cases, exceptions can be made by agreement, but this is assessed individually.

  • The customer is responsible for notifying as soon as possible if a circumstance should arise.

 

(e) Cancelled session by Energihjulet: If Energihjulet needs to cancel or move a session for any reason, the customer will be offered a new time or a full refund.

  • The customer will be informed as soon as possible of any changes or cancellations.

  • The customer will be contacted via the email address provided when booking.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to check their email, including their spam folder, for important information about changes or canceled times.

 

f) GroupHealing – Special Terms and Conditions: Grouphealing sessions will only take place if at least 3 participants are registered. If there are fewer than 3 booked participants, I reserve the right to cancel the session. If this happens, you as a customer have the option to:

  • Reschedule for an upcoming group healing session, or

  • Request a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal & Refund

 

(a) No right of withdrawal for services that have begun

  • When booking a service to be performed within 14 days, the customer agrees to the service being commenced and thereby waives the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act.

  • Once the service has been started or completed, there is no right of withdrawal or refund.

 

(b) Cancellation and refund

  • The customer can cancel their appointment no later than 24 hours before the booked time to receive a refund.

  • If cancelled later than 24 hours before, no refund will be made.

 

(c) No refund in case of non-attendance: If the customer does not attend their booked session and has not cancelled in time, no refund or rebooking will be made.

 

(d) No Refunds for Dissatisfaction: Healing and mediumship are individual experiences. Energihjulet cannot guarantee specific results and therefore does not offer refunds based on experience or expectations.

 

(e) Refund Process: If a refund is granted, it will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Any transaction fees from the payment provider are not refundable.

 

(f) Cancelled services by Energihjulet: If Energihjulet needs to cancel a service for any reason, the customer will be offered either a new appointment or a full refund.

7. Limitation of liability


(a) Complementary method, not medical care: Healing and mediumship guidance are complementary methods for well-being and personal development. They are not intended to replace medical care, psychological treatment or other professional advice.

 

(b) Responsibility for interpretation and use: All services, including healing and guidance, are offered to support personal and spiritual development. The client is solely responsible for how they interpret and use the information conveyed during a session.

 

(c) No guarantee of specific results: The effect of healing and guidance is individual and may vary from person to person. Energihjulet makes no guarantees as to specific results or outcomes of sessions.

 

(d) No responsibility for decisions or actions: Energihjulet is not responsible for decisions, actions or changes that a client chooses to implement based on information or experiences from a healing or guidance session.

 

(e) Client Health and Wellbeing: Clients who have medical or mental health conditions should always consult a physician or other licensed healthcare provider before undergoing healing or other energy-based treatment.

8. Privacy Policy & Personal Data

 

(a) Processing of personal data: When booking services, Energihjulet collects and processes personal data such as name, email address and contact information in order to administer bookings and provide services.

 

(b) Use of data: Personal data is used solely for the purpose of providing services, handling customer inquiries and sending relevant information related to the services booked.

 

(c) Third-party sharing: Personal data is never shared with third parties, except when required to process payments or bookings through payment service providers.

 

(d) Storage and security: Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary to comply with legal and administrative requirements. Customer data is treated confidentially and protected in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

 

(e) Rights under GDPR: Customers have the right to request extracts of their personal data, have it corrected or deleted under GDPR. For questions regarding personal data processing, please contact [her email].

9. Intellectual Property Rights

 

(a) Ownership of materials and content: All materials provided in connection with Energihjulet's services – including written guidance, digital documents, course materials, meditations and other resources – are protected by copyright and may only be used for personal use.

 

(b) Prohibition of distribution and copying: It is not permitted to copy, distribute, sell or otherwise distribute materials obtained through Energihjulet without written permission. This also applies to excerpts, recordings or screenshots of content.

 

(c) Right to Use Content: When purchasing or downloading material, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for personal use. The content may not be used for commercial purposes or shared with third parties.

 

(d) Protection of brand and corporate identity: Energihjulet's name, logo and brand-related content may not be used, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

 

(e) Consequences of Violation: Violation of these terms and conditions may result in legal action. Energihjulet reserves the right to take necessary measures to protect its material and intellectual property rights.

10. Changes to the Terms

 

(a) Right to update terms and conditions: Energihjulet reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions as necessary to adapt them to business developments, changes in legislation or other relevant factors.

 

(b) Communication of changes: In the event of significant changes to the terms and conditions, information will be published on the website and, if necessary, sent out via email to existing customers.

 

(c) Validity of new terms: Changes will take effect from the date they are published on the website, unless otherwise stated. By continuing to use the services after the terms have been updated, the customer is deemed to have accepted the new terms.

 

(d) Customer's responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to regularly review the general terms and conditions to stay updated on any changes.

11. Dispute resolution

 

(a) Contact in the event of a dispute or complaint: If a customer experiences problems with a service or is dissatisfied with their purchase, the customer is recommended to first contact Energihjulet via [her email] to try to resolve the matter amicably.

 

(b) Applicable law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.

 

(c) The Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN): If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, the customer has the option of turning to the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN) for impartial review. Energihjulet will follow ARN's decisions in any disputes.

 

(d) Court review: If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or via ARN, the matter may be reviewed in a Swedish general court, with [city/town where the company is registered] District Court as the first instance.

12. Force Majeure

 

(a) Disclaimer of liability in the event of extraordinary events: Energihjulet is not liable for delays, cancelled services or other obligations that cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control (so-called Force Majeure).

 

(b) Examples of Force Majeure Events: Such events include but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (e.g. earthquakes, storms, floods)

  • Fire, explosion or accidents

  • War, riots or civil unrest

  • Pandemics, epidemics or government restrictions

  • Disruptions in electricity, internet or payment systems that are beyond our control

 

(c) Effects of Force Majeure: In the event of a Force Majeure event, Energihjulet reserves the right to:

  • Move or postpone booked sessions to a later date.

  • Offer alternative solutions where possible.

  • Refund the customer if the service cannot be completed within a reasonable time.

 

(d) Customer's understanding and acceptance: By booking a service with Energihjulet, the customer accepts that we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control and that certain services may be affected by this.
