Fullmoon Healing (Distance) 4/12 at 8:30 PM - 9:15 PM Fullmoons are usually associated with increased emotions and stress. It is also a perfect time to let go of things we no longer want/carry in our lives, in order to make room for new things. The heart chakra is home to kindness and forgiveness. It is a perfect time to let go of negativity and to get ready for a new chapter. I will focus mainly on the heart chakra; for acceptance, forgiveness and renewal. Finally, I will ground everyone who participates. Tip: Feel free to listen to Theta frequencies (available on Spotify and Youtube), it makes you very relaxed with a focus inward. 👉 Where? Distance, so at home by yourself (without live video or other link / call). 👉 When? Thursday, 4/12, at 8:30 PM - 9:15 PM 👉 How? Lie down / sit approx. 10 minutes before the healing starts to be as relaxed as possible. Drink a glass of water both before and after the healing. Imagine that you are receiving healing from me, Sara. If you want, try to visualize and feel what you are letting go of, during the session. Some feel the healing a lot, others a little and some not at all - it doesn't matter which! Because the energy goes forward regardless of whether you feel a lot or nothing. The energy will continue to work with you for a few days even after the healing. I will energy protect everyone who participates in the healing so that you do not mix with someone else's energy, but you have your own bubble around you. 👉Feel free to recommend the event to your friends!
